A ROADSHOW was held by Radio Brunei through its Pilihan FM network Sunday at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas in Bandar Seri Begawan.

The event was attended by Radio Television Brunei (RTB) Director Haji Muhammad Suffian bin Haji Bungsu, RTB staff and management, radio producers and presenters from all five radio networks of Radio Brunei, as well as members of the foreign Diplomatic Corps.

‘Kidnapping’ message untrue

A VIRAL WhatsApp message indicating two Indian men were selling perfume as a tactic to kidnap an unsuspecting victim at St Margaret’s School, Seria, was untrue, police said after a thorough investigation.

The investigation carried out by the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) with cooperation from the school’s principal and teachers revealed the circulated message was false and that the school had not received such information.

BRUNEI Darussalam is mulling to export chicken to Japan and Korea, said the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali bin Haji Apong.
