Brunei marks 144th World Postal Day



The Postcode Guide handbook

THE Postal Services Department of the Ministry of Communications on Saturday commemorated the 144th World Postal Day that saw the launching of 2nd edition of the Postcode Guide handbook, the Q-Smart, a postal system pilot project, mini exhibition on the history and journey of Postal Services Department and café at the Mail Processing Centre (MPC), Berakas under public-private partnership.

THE Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Brunei Darussalam, together with collaboration and support from the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) and Kris Karmila Kreations, hosted the closing performance of the Traditional Music Rhythms of Brunei Darussalam and Indonesia 2018 Workshop on Sunday.

HIS Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik, Chairman of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Committee of Governors visited the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex in the capital on Saturday.

His Royal Highness’ visit reflected his concern over the ongoing efforts of Yayasan in addressing developments and issues relating to Yayasan including plans to increase revenue and attract tenants and visitors.
