HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam Sunday conferred state decorations on 24 individuals at the Balai Singgahsana Indera Buana of Istana Nurul Iman at the Audience and Investiture Ceremony.

COLOURFUL manifestations of love and loyalty towards the monarch and patriotic fervour filled the beautifully decorated capital as people in the thousands turned out to witness the traditional Grand Parade at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien, giving a glorious start to the 72nd birthday celebrations of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam Sunday.

Circus Mania to hit Brunei 20-22 July 2018

THE public is in for a special treat with the arrival of the Circus Mania Tour in town, to kick off some of the most exciting performances on July 20-22, at the Indoor Stadium.

Led by the celebrated croc whisperer, ‘Croc Boy’ Diony, the Circus Mania Tour will feature a line-up of performers from across the region, in acts such as tight-rope walking, high-flying trapeze acrobatics, fire-dances, magical illusions and animal hypnosis.

ISLAMIC History should be made a compulsory subject at educational institutions in the country, under the relevant ministries and the private sector, said His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
