A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was inked between the International School Brunei (ISB) and CNBN Hainan Co Ltd on Sunday, at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Centre (NICEC), in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

Signing on behalf of ISB was Business Development Manager Ang Beng Siong, while CNBN Hainan was represented by General Manager for the Department of Operations Management Bryan.

The signing was a follow-up to the mutual discussion during the signing of the first MoU by CNBN Hainan in the Sultanate, last July.

Ang said that they have discussed with ISB’s Board of Directors on the final points of their cooperation.

“We plan to build an international school in China. We aim to expand ISB as an international school brand in the country. With this cooperation, CNBN Hainan will assist us in locating sites, and finding investors and developers,” he said.

ISB is among the exhibitors at the Brunei’s City of Charm Pavilion during the ongoing 16th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO).
