Progresif Sdn Bhd (Progresif) strives to be the most customer-centric company in Brunei’s technology and telecommunications industry and with a partnership from Royal Brunei Airlines (RB), the telco has much to gain from new talents trained by one of the country’s most accomplished companies in customer service.
With RB’s exposure to meeting and exceeding international standards and competing with the world’s bests, RB staff is a talent pool that any company is lucky to have access to.
This was said by Progresif CEO Hajah Nurul Haniah binti Haji Jaafar during the secondment agreement signing ceremony at Progresif Headquarters in Gadong on Friday.
The Progresif CEO inked the agreement with RB Acting Chief Executive Officer Nurbahriah Eliza binti Abdullah, RB Manager of Performance and Engagement Adam Shaarill Fred Teo and Progresif Director of Human Capital Mohammad Yazdi bin Haji Yahya that will see six secondees transfer their skill sets from travel to digital technology and telecommunications industry. RB Chief People and Performance Officer Richard Rendell was also present.
The RB’s Acting CEO said RB is delighted to partner with Progresif, whose vision closely aligns with RB’s.
“We hope the secondees will improve their competitiveness in their future advancement and broaden their knowledge in a new industry while promoting cooperation between RB and Progresif.
“We are certain that their professionalism, knowledge and experience in RB will be an added value to Progresif. As for RB, we will gain from the fresh ideas, skills and capabilities they will bring back from the experience,” she said.
