BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - Al-IDRUS FT missed out a chance to go top of the DST Premier League table after their match against The Brunei Shell Recreation Centre (BSRC) FT ended in a 3-3 draw yesterday.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - YUAN Thong Enterprise (YTE) dethroned defending champions Istana Maintenance Department (IMD) with a 96-92 victory in the final to capture the NBT Inter-Company basketball title yesterday. It was the third time in the history of the six-year tournament that IMD have finished as the bridesmaids after back-to-back final defeats to the SKS Stingers in 2012 and 2013.

2016 Baiduri Masters tips off





BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - IDRIS Osman surged to the top of the leaderboard at the opening day of the 2016 Baiduri Masters at the RBA Golf Club yesterday.

According to a press release from the organisers, Idris – who carded an even par 71 – was followed closely by a trio of golfers comprising Ali Hj Rashid, defending champion Seruji Hj Setia and Zulhilmi Rosli (pic) with a gross score of 72.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - DPMM FC’S hopes of retaining their Singapore League (S-League) crown are quickly fading after they suffered their heaviest defeat in the competition with a 5-0 drubbing by Home United FC last night.

Their previous biggest loss was against the same team in 2009 where they were demolished 6-1 at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Berakas.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN - PROJEK Ikan Pusu (PIP) head coach Hj Omar Hj Jamil is expecting a tough match in today’s National Under-16 Youth League clash against BTC Redstar.

PIP are third in the 10-team table with nine points, with Tabuan (National Under-16 team) ‘B’ second with 13 points.
