Local cyclist sets sights on Asian meets

BRUNEI Darussalam national cyclist Md Nurjamri bin Johari has set his sights on making an appearance in the Asian Enduro Series and the Asia Cup after triumphing in the elite category of the Brunei Enduro Series finale last month.

The national cyclist accumulated 1,450 points and told the Bulletin that his main rival during the final race was the runner-up.

‘On Duty’ come on top at 10-pin bowling tournament

FIRE and Rescue personnel and staff members participated in a 10-pin bowling tournament at the iBowl Utama Bowling recently.

Hosted by the Fire Safety Division of the Fire and Rescue Department, the tournament saw three categories competed – Team category, VIP Team category and Individual Open category.

THE National Training Pool for softball athletes for the Brunei Amateur Softball and Baseball Association (BASBA) began at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Berakas on Tuesday.

Tuesday’s training started with strength and conditioning as well as cardio for physical fitness training.

Adi named as one of four imports in UiTM squad

BRUNEI Darussalam national forward Adi Said has been named as one of four new foreign imports in the UiTM FC squad who will compete in the upcoming Malaysia Premier League season.

The winger joined Senegal’s Robert Waly Lopez, Uganda’s Agele Bernard Coulibally and Zarko Korac, who will link up with the squad today.
