BRUNEI Darussalam polo team recorded their second successive win in the His Majesty Sultan of Brunei’s 72nd Birthday Polo Tournament after defeating Malaysia 8–4.5 at the Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club in Jerudong yesterday.

DPMM FC maintained their unbeaten record at home as Shahrazen Said inspired his side to a 3-2 victory over Hougang United in the Singapore Premier League at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium last night.

The Gegar Gegar men stayed unbeaten after six games and are now only four points behind Tampines Rovers with a game in hand.

BRUNEI Darussalam polo team underlined their intent of winning His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei’s 72nd Birthday Polo Tournament after cruising to an emphatic 10-4.5 win over Pakistan at the Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club in Jerudong yesterday.

WISDOM Bowls Club (WBC) Brunei’s aspiration to replicate their success of advancing into the finals of the Kinabalu Cup Borneo three years ago was short-lived when their battle were halted in the semi-finals of the international triples lawn bowling tournament in Sabah, Malaysia.

Despite their exit, the Brunei representatives can come home feeling satisfied after concluding the tournament on the highs.

Arbisyam to represent Brunei in AFF futsal meet

ARBISYAM will represent Brunei Darussalam to compete in the AFF Invitational Futsal Club from July 15-21 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

The team’s jerseys are sponsored by Growsportwear from Indonesia, which were handed over recently at Keriam in Tutong District.
