Ross Barkley denied Hull a rare Premier League victory by heading home a late equaliser in front of watching England coach Gareth Southgate.

The Everton midfielder has struggled to produce his best form this season but rescued a 2-2 draw for his side in the 84th minute after Robert Snodgrass's second-half free kick had threatened to win the game for Hull.

Ryan Giggs will not take over as manager of Swansea City, sources said.



Swansea City have ruled Ryan Giggs out of the running to take over as manager of the Premier League club, sources confirmed to ESPN FC on Thursday.

Giggs, the Manchester United legend and former assistant manager at Old Trafford, was the early favourite to succeed Bob Bradley, who was dismissed this week after only 11 games in charge.

Carlos Tevez has completed a lucrative move to Shanghai Shenhua from Boca Juniors, signing a contract that will reportedly see him become the highest-earning player in the world.

Tevez, 32, has long been expected to make the switch to the Chinese Super League (CSL), which was confirmed by both clubs on Thursday.
