Andy Murray & Novak Djokovic ready to return from injury in Monte Carlo

Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic will return to the tour at the Monte Carlo Masters this week after recovering from elbow injuries.

World number one Murray last played in Indian Wells on 12 March, and will resume against Gilles Muller or Tommy Robredo on Wednesday.

Petra Kvitova says she has a "chance" of making a shock return from a career-threatening hand injury at the French Open next month.

The Czech suffered damage to tendons and nerves in her left hand after she was stabbed by an intruder at her home in Prostejov in December.

Roger Federer has won 19 of his 20 matches this season



Roger Federer overcame long-term rival Rafael Nadal to win the Miami Open for the third time and continue his remarkable start to the season.

The 35-year-old built on January's Australian Open win and his March Indian Wells success with a convincing 6-3 6-4 win over the Spaniard.

Petra Kvitova: No 'concrete date' set for return after knife attack

Kvitova needed four hours of surgery on her hand to repair tendon and nerve damage



Petra Kvitova has regained the use of her racquet hand but there is still no "concrete date" for her return after a knife attack at her home in December.

Kvitova, 27, was stabbed by an intruder in Prostejov in the Czech Republic.

Federer returned to action in January after a six-month injury lay-off




Roger Federer played superbly to claim a third straight win over Rafael Nadal for the first time in his career and reach the last eight in Indian Wells.

The Swiss, 35, won 6-2 6-3 to follow up his Australian Open final victory over the Spaniard two months ago, when Federer won his 18th Grand Slam title.
